How do I book ?
Message us on WhatsApp or call 0111 922 6555, Saturday to Thursday, 10 AM to 10 PM. Tell us the specialty you need, or that the treatment needs anaesthesia.
Is general anaesthesia safe for my child?
A consultant anaesthetist assesses every child before a date is set, monitors breathing, heart and oxygen throughout, and stays with them into recovery. You can raise any concern at the assessment visit.
How soon do we go home?
The same day, usually 30 to 60 minutes after your child is fully awake. There is no overnight stay.
What can my child eat or drink beforehand?
Food and formula milk stop 6 hours before. Breast milk and clear fluids such as water stop 2 hours before. Milk, yoghurt and juice with pulp count as food.
What does it cost?
It depends on the treatment, the number of teeth and how long the anaesthesia lasts. Send us the case on WhatsApp or call, and we will give you an estimate.
Do you treat adults and special-needs patients under anaesthesia?
Yes. The dental unit and theatre are equipped for adults, children and patients with special needs.
Do you accept insurance?
Not at the moment. Payment is by cash or InstaPay.
I am a dentist. How do I book theatre time?
Message or call 0114 442 5315. Gardenia provides the theatre, a consultant anaesthetist, nursing, supplies and recovery.
